Cause and Effects Writing.

                                          Effects of exercise

     A lot experts say that " Regular exercise is good for your health." You have already known effects of exercise but you don't exercise for one reason or another. There are several reasons why exercise is extremely important and you should exercise.
First, if you exercise regularly, you are able to become much healthier than before.
You can lose weight by doing exercise steadily. You can be lean.
Another effects of exercise is making friends. You are able to meet many other people while you exercise in gymnasium or ground. You can make them to your friends easily because you already share your interests with them.
Finally, you can feel refresh after exercise. Also, you can no suffer from insomnia. Many people actually suffer from insomnia. But if you do moderate exercise, it helps you going sleep better.
For these reasons, you have to exercise regularly.
